You can have this ability active on Mikleo (this journal) or Vern (rootbound)!

I'll try to make it obvious in actiontags regardless, but a good shorthand is that Mikleo is usually telling the truth and Vern is usually obscuring the truth in some way, though neither of them outright lie much.
